These terms govern the text message program operated by Pacific Prime LLC, doing business as Ecom Success Network.

Program description

This program covers messages about the workshop you register for.

Workshop messages. When you register for a workshop and provide your mobile number, we text you about that workshop: the date and time, your access link, reminders before it starts, notice that it is live, and where to watch the replay. Up to 15 messages per workshop.

How you join

You join the workshop messages by submitting our registration form with your mobile number; the disclosure appears directly beneath the submit button, before you submit. We do not add anyone to this program any other way. We do not buy, rent or import phone number lists.

A mobile number is required to complete the registration form so that we can send you your access link and reminders. If you would rather not receive any text messages, reply STOP to any message at any time, or contact us using the details below and we will remove your number from the program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Expect up to 15 messages for each workshop you register for.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again on a registration form.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.

Your information

We use your mobile number to send the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to it with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers who deliver messages on our behalf may process your number solely to provide that service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Workshop messages only

Submitting the registration form consents only to the workshop messages described above. We do not send marketing texts under that consent.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page.
