This policy covers this workshop registration website, operated by Pacific Prime LLC.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you register for the workshop we collect your first name and email address. That is the entire registration form. We do not ask for a phone number, an address, or payment details at registration.

Information collected automatically. When you arrive we record marketing attribution parameters present in the link you followed, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, and advertising click identifiers such as fbclid and gclid. We also record the page you landed on, the referring website, your IP address and your browser user agent.

What we do not collect. We do not collect payment card details on this site. If you purchase, checkout is handled by Whop and your card details go to Whop and its payment processors, never to us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we use it

• To register you for the workshop and send you the joining link, reminders and any replay.
• To send you related marketing email about the program. You can unsubscribe from any message.
• To measure which advertising produced a registration, so we do not waste money on advertising that does not work.
• To keep the site working, prevent abuse and rate limit automated submissions.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses the Whop Pixel, which records page views and specific funnel actions such as beginning a registration, completing a registration, viewing the offer, and clicking through to checkout. Some of these actions are also reported from our server to Whop's Conversions API, together with your email address, IP address and browser user agent, so that conversions are attributed accurately when browser tracking is blocked.

Whop processes this information as described in Whop's own privacy policy. Advertising platforms such as Meta may also receive conversion information through these tools in order to report on and optimize advertising.

Storage in your browser

We use your browser's session storage and local storage rather than tracking cookies of our own, to remember your attribution parameters for up to 30 days, to carry your first name between funnel pages so you are not asked twice, and to make sure a conversion event is not counted more than once. Clearing your browser storage removes all of it. Whop and any embedded checkout may set their own cookies.

The WhatsApp group

Joining the WhatsApp group is optional and separate from your workshop registration. If you join, WhatsApp processes your participation under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Be aware that in a WhatsApp group your phone number and profile name are visible to the other members of that group, and we cannot control what other members do with what they can see. You can leave the group at any time from within WhatsApp, and leaving it does not affect your workshop registration.

Who we share it with

We share what is necessary with service providers who run the funnel for us: our email and webinar platforms, our hosting provider, Whop for conversion measurement and payments, and advertising platforms for conversion reporting. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and marketing records for as long as you remain on our list and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and registration data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International visitors

We operate from the United States and your information is processed there. Laws in the United States may differ from those where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
