These terms apply to this website, the free workshop, the purchase of The VIP Hour, and the purchase of Amazon After Work from Pacific Prime LLC. By registering or purchasing you accept them.

The free workshop

Registration is free. The workshop is delivered live online at the scheduled time. We may change the date, time or platform, and will tell registrants by email if we do. Your registration link is personal to you and the room has a fixed capacity, so please do not share it.

What is being sold on this website

The VIP Hour is a ticket to a live online session held 60 minutes before the free workshop, consisting of a live question and answer session with Nick Guerrero. It is access to a live event, not a product you keep. It is not recorded and no recording is supplied. It is information and instruction only, and it is not a business opportunity, a franchise, an investment, a security, a partnership, or a promise of income. It does not include ongoing coaching, community access or any one to one engagement beyond that session.

The price is $47 as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Whop and its payment processors, subject to their own terms. We do not receive or store your card details. Buying it does not alter your free workshop registration, which stands either way.

What is sold during the workshop

Amazon After Work, priced at $997, is a digital educational product consisting of recorded video training delivered online and accessible immediately after purchase. It is offered during the live workshop and is not sold on this website. The same terms apply to it: information and instruction only, no guarantee of any outcome, and all sales final.

All sales are final

There are no refunds on either purchase. The VIP Hour is a ticket to a live event held on a fixed date, and the recorded training is delivered in full at the moment of sale. By purchasing you acknowledge this and waive any right of cancellation or refund that would otherwise apply. Please be sure before you buy.

If we cancel the workshop outright and do not reschedule it, VIP Hour ticket holders are refunded the ticket price. That is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a product that has been delivered is a breach of these terms. We keep records of purchase, delivery and access, and will provide them to the payment provider. Access may be terminated where a dispute is raised.

Nothing is promised or assured

We make no promise or assurance of income, profit, return or any other outcome, and none should be inferred. See the Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Not professional advice

Nothing provided is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and no professional relationship is created. Any discussion of credit, business funding or lending is educational. You are solely responsible for your own business, financial and legal decisions and for complying with the rules of any marketplace you sell on, including Amazon's, which can change at any time.

Your account and license

You are granted a personal, non transferable, non exclusive license to access the training and to attend any live session you have bought a ticket for, in each case for your own use. All content remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, record, download where not offered, resell, republish, share your login or event link, or use the material to build a competing training product. Recording the VIP Hour is not permitted. Breach ends your access without refund.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent registrations, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may refuse service or remove access at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms, the workshop or the product is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost inventory value, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third parties

The site relies on third party services including Whop and our hosting, email and webinar providers. We are not responsible for their availability or their acts and omissions.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you purchase governs that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in that state.
